J & S : About Us

Welcome! We are Jared & Stephanie (J&S)

We are youth pastors in the Church of the Nazarene, which means we have a lot of fun and we get to see God do amazing things! So, why would we have blog? We want to use this blog as a platform to share our (God's, Jared's, and Stephanie's) stories and our journey together with the hope that it will make an impact for God's Kingdom.

We have recently started the Adoption process to bring home baby Trygg in the near future! We have both felt God calling us to adoption and knew it was one of the ways we wanted to grow our family. After trying to get pregnant for over a year, we prayed and decided that now is the time! We are on the journey of learning, preparing, filling out large stacks of paper, and praying as we hope and pray for our baby. Our life is full of fun and adventure! Samson is our 2 year old Yorkie. He loves to play and he loves to sleep. He always prefers to be held and snuggled, unless he is playing fetch! He has loved life even more when his little puppy sister, Gracie, entered the picture!
