I have been getting lots of questions about how the adoption process is going and what has been happening. Then I realized that it has been a pretty long time since my last blog post...... oops! The reason for the long delay is that I really have no new news to report........ Jared and I are still very much excited, hopeful, and prayerful as we wait to be matched with the perfect situation! Since we have been home study approved, we have been sent various situations of expectant moms. When we receive a situation, we spend time praying over it and deciding whether or not it would be a good fit for our family and if we would like to pursue presenting to the birth mom. This is a very exciting and humbling process!
As we journey through this process to someday (hopefully soon) bring home our baby, I am reminded that "good things take time". This is a very good thing, and God has an amazing plan all figured out and I am just along for the ride. It is ok that it is taking some time, because it is going to be SO GOOD & SO WORTH IT! As we continue to wait to be matched, we would love for you to continue to pray for us and for the perfect situation in God's perfect timing! We are SO THANKFUL for everyones love, support, and encouragement! We will continue to update as the process unfolds! :)
